i have been thinking lately..
you know, people say Form 4 is the honeymoon year?
i guess whoever these people are..
they are SO WRONG!
Form 4 is the time where we should have decided
about our future.. like what we want to become..
cos the subjects we take will determine our next move..
i can say the safest choice is to take Pure Science stream
with additional Arts subjects.. why?
cos your choices remain very much open!
you can choose between Science or Arts stream in college..
if we take Arts subject in high school,
we can't pursue Medical or Engineering line in the future..
correct me if i am wrong, ok?
and before enrolling to colleges..
we must already know what we want!
do check out the undergraduate course requirements..
like what kind of qualifications needed and so on..
we have to be wise (unless your daddy is rich)
or else money will be spent unnecessarily!
and this is where MY mistake is.. =(
since daddy didn't allow me to take Accountancy..
i took A Levels, thinking it would lead me some where..
hey, everyone said A Levels is accepted in most universities..
but no one said a thing about the subject combinations!
even Mrs. Mary Ng did not give me the wisest advice.. sigh..
so i became a smart ass..
thinking 3 subjects - the minimum subjects that can be taken
is more than enough.. just in case i can't cope up with 4!
i happily took Biology, Chemistry and Maths for a year..
i always wanted to study overseas, you know..
and most of the time our definition of overseas meant
"The White Men's World", am i right?
but overseas include "Asian People's World" too!
Dentistry does not have a twinning programme here..
unlike Medicine or Pharmacy.. and that's a way sad news..
cos 5 years overseas will cost a BOMB!
so i checked out Asian countries' dental schools..
and guess what? they want PHYSICS too..
i just got lecture on why i should have took Physics..
Physics.. Physics.. Physics.. WHY PHYSICS?
is there such thing as express class for Physics only?
cos i might consider taking it if they do..
so, to those who yet to decide what you want..
as in those entering Form 4 and college especially..
PLEASE DECIDE WISELY NOWWW!!!
and DO NOT make the same mistake as i did!
i am super duper depressed now.. =(((((
so sorry but thank you for reading my whining post!

korean series update!
i have finally watched The Devil..
one word to describe it - AMAZING!!
compared to other Korean series i have watched,
this story has a unique plot..
at the end of every episode made me curious..
so i have the urge to continue watching! XD
the cast did a great job too..
the main characters in this series are..
Joo Ji Hoon as lawyer Oh Seung Ha,
Uhm Tae Woong as detective Kang Oh Soo,
Shin Min Ah as librarian with psychometry powers.
you can get the synopsis from the internet..
but is basically about pain and revenge and love..
it has a sad ending, something i didn't want..
my tears continued rolling for a minute after that!
Joo Ji Hoon's acting skills definitely improved
since becoming Prince Shin in Princess Hours..
as the devilish Oh Seung Ha, he maintained his cool..
when he smiles, cries or trying not to cry.. simply perfect!
i think i am falling in love with him all over again..=P
talking about him reminds me of Yoon Eun-Hye..
who is his co-star in Princess Hours!
she stared in Coffee Prince, i watched it few months ago..
in there, she acts as tomboy Go Eun Chan
alongside with Gong Yoo as Choi Han Kyul..
this series have a happy ending.. a bit potong steam though!
her acting also improved here..
it's hard to imagine feminine gal like her acting like a guy..
but she managed it well.. she looked like one too!
more of a pretty-boy type.. hehe

Merry Christmas people!!
i went for facial treatment few hours ago..
probably my Christmas gift from mummy? lol..
guess which part of the process hurt most?
pinching and pressing with high pressure on my face!
the rest was syokness.. even got shoulder massage! =)
and you know what the girl there said to me?
*to be read in cantonese*
"lei ge gong tong wah mm wui hou cha ah..
ngo meng bak lei gong ge ye"
hehe.. means my cantonese still can be saved!!
my entire face is filled with red polka dots now..
so i guess i won't be in any pictures this Christmas..
anyway, finally finished wrapping Christmas presents!
i am not a Christian but we so-called celebrate Christmas..
we exchange gifts among ourselves in the name of fun! XD
but snow can be terrible..
i remember the last time i went to Beijing,
the roads were covered with snow and were slippery..
we were stuck in a massive traffic jam for so long..
and we ate dinner at 2am in the morning! T.T
oh well.. i'll rephrase my words..
if only there is little bit of snow falling from the sky
in Malaysia during Christmas.. it would be great!
i wanna wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!!!
lets enjoy ourselves ok? *hugs*

Fire-up learning!!
i am finally back home!!
was at FIRE-UP LEARNING camp for few days..=)
it was held at Genting Permai Resort..
nice cold weather.. hehe
this camp is basically about teaching us
how to make learning FAST, EASY and FUN..
creatively and i mean serious fun!
and the speakers were Mr Jeya and Mr UV Wong!
we spent long hours sitting in a room during this camp..
but we had frequent tea breaks.. like 6 meals a day!
unfortunately the food wasn't yummy.. just edible..
we started bonding quite well during the first day..
we stayed in 2 separate apartments..
one for gals and the other for guys..
7 people sharing a toilet! =P
i am not sure what happened in the guys' apartment..
but on the first night, in our apartment..
we all shared real life experiences till 3 in the morning!!
it was really interesting..
especially the idea of telling stories to strangers..
you'll feel comfortable and don't have to worry..
to them, people in the story are just some random people!
cos friends may backstab you when we are no longer close..
we even spied on the people from the opposite block..
they were so hyper and laughing like mad even at 1am!!
they were like rolling on the floor half naked..
i don't want to know what they were doing..
especially when there are guys and gals in there.. aikss!
the next day, we learned more techniques..
we had tally match too.. gals vs guys!
played 4 games altogether..
the giant slippers, passing of the hoola hoop,
throwing of dice then jump and the magic carpet..
after that guys played futsal in the tennis court..
while the gals went for swimming!
after supper, we were still hungry..
so we walked to the convenience store to buy more food..
but it was closed.. so we decided to walk to Gohtong Jaya..
2km uphill and then 2km downhill in 2 hours..
a lot of calories burnt! haha..
on the third day, learning went on..
and we had barbecue at night after dinner..
the only food available to be barbecued was honey chicken..
quite nice compared to what we have been eating! =)
Mr Jeya and Mr UV then showed us a few tricks..
but we managed to figure out how they did it!
there's no such thing as magic, only illusion.. hehe
on the final day, we were all restless..
the 1st person in my apartment woke up at 7.30am..
and the last was at 8.30am, so just imagine how long
we took to get ready! breakfast is served at 8am btw..
and the worst part is, we had to shower with cold water!
up next would be pictures of teams plus our masterpieces..
and it's the mind map of what we have learned in 4 days!

a day in mines wonderland
ok, this is my 50th post here! ^^
so guess where i went yesterday?
MINES WONDERLAND!!!
mummy had 12 free tickets from don't-know-where..
that's why.. or else i wouldn't even be there!
went there with my family and cousins' family..=)
Mines Wonderland is actually a night theme park..
it usually opens from 5pm - 11pm..
but since yesterday was Family Day..
they opened at 3pm.. good for family bonding huh?
but we reached there around 5pm..
thank god it was good whether at that time..
quite cooling and not even a single drop of rain! haha..
*it has been raining heavily for the past few days!*
our first ride upon entering the theme park was..
the Unity Train that goes round the park..
and it was freaking slow!
i think i can walk faster than it.. seriously..
at that time, i really wondered why i am even there?
didn't take and picture of it though..
cos i was busy wiping my bag with tissue papers..
my Tolberone chocolate melted in there..
such a waste of chocolates! =(
next it was the White Kingdom..
something like a zoo.. and it was depressing..
why? cos the animals totally ignore you..
no matter what funny noises you do.. *sweatness*
next up was the Garden Boat ride..
it was definitely a mosquito-feeding session!
we played stomp-the-mosquito game throughout the ride..=P
after that we went to the Secret of Tigers
basically it's an exhibition with air-cond..
none of us bothered to read.. just to enjoy the breeze!
our next stop was the Ice Factory..
i absolutely love this place.. best in Mines Wonderland!
after that, we went for the Vintage Car ride..
mummy wonders what kind of driver i'll become..
i was crossing my legs *there's nothing to step on*
and turning the steering wheel 360 degress.. haha..
later on we had steamboat for dinner..
and enjoyed the Featherman Show at the same time..
the Muruts of Sabah performed the Magnunatip Dance!
i was happily enjoying the show and guess what?
and we went for a second round of Ice Factory..
can't resist the syokness.. XD
my butt wasn't wet thanks too the freezing room..
cos the ice didn't melt like those in Snow World in Genting!
the Musical Fountain is another must see..
cos it's sooo beautiful.. and Asia's best!
they even have Aqua Screen..
where instead of a LCD screen, water is used as a base..
but my pictures turn out badly cos it was too dark.. hehe
our last ride of the day was the Lake Cruise..
waited for a freakin hour before it was our turn..=(
the lake in Mines Wonderland was a mining area..
it is V-shaped and contains lots of fish..
no fishing allowed though.. why?
cos the deepest region is 650 metres!!
which is around one-and-a-half of twin towers!! whoa..
we spent like 6 hours there..
exhausted but first fun-filled outing this holiday..=)))

movie and L
i finally watched Enchanted last night..
it's just a typical fairytale that takes place in the real world..
it is fine for the gals.. but definitely not a guy thing!
cos my brothers and cousin said that it's boring..
oh, and i saw MYfm deejay, Phoebe while buying popcorn!
thanks to Shannon.. haha.. but i don't like her song la..
anyway, i went for my first driving course today!
together with Hui Ting and Joanna.. ^^
my day started horribly though..
the instructor came to my house like 10mins after i woke up..
he was 15mins early mind you, i wasn't late..=P
so i had to rush with everything and skip breakfast..
after that we went to pick up people..
some malay guy, then chinese guy then Ting..
i wonder whether i would passed my driving with an
instructor who broke a lot of traffic rules in one morning! XD
during the supposedly 5hr long talk..
(waited like 2.5hours before it started and it ended at 3pm)
i dozed off a few times, cos my eyes can barely open..
haven't been waking up this early since holidays started!
i got so hungry although i ate Ting's biscuits beforehand..
so i ate energy-giving but fattening chocolates!
i did a lot of crappy stuff too.. hehe
lucky thing they gave us 30mins break..
or else i can practically faint/sleep there.. no joke!
and i haven't started Mechanics assignment yet..
due in 4 days..ALAMAK!!!
